Film Extruders
Jennings International has been the world leader in the design and production of PTFE Film/Tape Extrusion Lines. Specially designed Fan Dies are able to produce a product out of the die 12” (300mm) wide and 0.040” (1mm) thick. Processed through a Calender, the web thickness can be reduced to as thin as 0.002”. Typical applications of PTFE products extruded on Film/Tape Extrusion Lines include: Filtration Membranes, Gaskets, Tape Wrapping, Dental Floss, Very Low Density Thread Seal Tape, High Tensile Thread and Dielectric Film Applications.

- State of the art hydraulic power unit

- Ram, sized specifically for the cylinder liner
- Precise ram speed adjustment through PC Touch Screen
